Ⅰ. Service Commitment
From the date of purchase, in case of any failure of performance, we will carry out the national “Three Guarantees” (exchangeable within 7 days, replaceable within 15 days, repairable within 1 year). And the main accessories will be guaranteed for 3 years. And the product will enjoy a National Joint Warranty Service (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan excluded).
Note: The "Three Guarantees” is valid from the date agreed by both the buyer and seller when delivery, installation, commissioning were finished or from the date when invoice was issued if no need delivering, installing, commissioning.

Ⅱ Warranty Statement
(A) Replacement
1. Replacement Conditions
1) any performance failure appears by normal use within 15 days of purchase
2) damages caused by inartificial factors, no disassembling or refitting, damages not caused by irresistible natural causes
3) a valid certificate for purchasing and repairing (Invoice and Warranty Card)

1) Replacement is only limited to the same model. Packing material (package, foam) will not be replaced. Accessories will not be replaced if it is the problem of the product only.
2) If any injuries on appearance, the machine can only be repaired and can not be replaced.
